The typical home inspection lasts approximately 3-5 hours depending on square footage and any defects that may be found during the inspection.

WHAT WILL MY INSPECTION REPORT INCLUDE?

Your detailed inspection report will include:
- Style and building components of your home
- Photographs of any reportable defects found
- Location of all utility shutoffs

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REPORT?

Partin Home Inspection uses HomeGauge Home Inspection Reporting software and is typically emailed to the customer and their agent within 24 hours of inspection.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

A cash or check payment is due upon completion of the home inspection.
